Check in is at 2pm on your check in date
Check out is 10am on your check out date unless a prearrangement is in place for either.
Early check-in (12pm) or late check-out (12pm) can be arranged for an extra cost of $40AUD individually, or both for $70AUD, but permission must be sought before check-in date.
Quiet Hour is from 8PM
At 8pm keep all music and noise to a low level inside and outside of the house.
Guests have been asked in to leave and no funds are returned.
The Lodge is located in a residential area so please respect the neighbors and other guests.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OUR PROPERTY
Events and gatherings are not allowed
NO SMOKING inside or around the building. No butts are to be left on the grounds, extra charges will apply if butts left in property.
Please respect the signs left around the home.
CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS
Directions and check in instructions message will be sent ONLY in the morning of your check in after our current guests have left and house has been cleaned.
INDOOR FIRE
This fire does heat really well but more importantly it adds to the experience here. Please do not use any sticks, leaves, wood etc from outside in the fire, this timber is not dried and will damage the firebox and flue, if this direction is not followed and signs of wet wood is found extra charges will apply. Do not use toilet paper to start the fire, yes this has been attempted. It doesn’t work and is extremely wasteful. We can provide you with good quality timber and set the fire up for you for only $30. Additional baskets can be purchased. You are welcome to bring your own wood but it must be dry.
If guests expect visitors, permission must be sought first from the hosts.
- POOL ACCESS
Access to the pool is only from late-November to early-March, other times the pool is under winter mode and swimming is not allowed. The pools is a SHARED SPACE with property owners. Entering the pool area is at your own risk. No lifeguard or supervision is provided. The Lodge is not liable for any accidents. The pool is a natural rock pool with plenty of trees around it, many leaves go in the pool and WATER MIGHT NOT BE CLEAR BUT IS SUITABLE FOR SWIMMING. The pool is as old as the house and the surface is due to be resurfaced. If you require a perfect pool then there is a public pool close by or please book at another location is advised.
Kids must be always supervised by an adult.
Pool towels are provided under the laundry sink, please DO NOT USE bath towels in the pool. If you require extra pool towels let us know.
Fake tan and make up can destroy linen and towels. If our normal cleaning processes do not remove the stains we will charge extra to restore to the state they were in before.
Please respect the local wild life as there is plenty in the area.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel anytime within 5 days of checking in, after this no refund is provided.
CHECK OUT CONSIDERATIONS
When leaving the home, it must be left clean and tidy as when you arrived. If extra cleaning is needed due to the home being left in an unreasonable state other than the way you received it you will be charged accordingly.
If furniture has been moved, please place it back to its original location, otherwise extra charges will apply. Breakages can happen, and you will be liable for it.
No nappies are to be left in any of the inside bins, place them in the bin near the pool.
Please take your rubbish bags to the outside bin and small recyclables can be left inside. If excess or BULK RUBBISH is left behind you will be charged accordingly for us to discarded.
